Trisha Yearwood Reveals Surprise Songwriting Partner

Trisha Yearwood is stepping into her own as a songwriter. And she’s not doing it alone.

When she releases her album “The Mirror” on July 18, it will be her first where she co-wrote and co-produced every single track.

In an Instagram post celebrating her big news, Trisha writes the album title in pink lipstick on a mirror. In the caption, she writes, “My first fully co-written and co-produced album, “The Mirror” will be yours on July 18th. This is a new chapter for me and one I cannot wait to share with you, so two songs are dropping tomorrow to give you a taste of what’s to come. I am so proud of this record and hope you love it as much as I loved creating it. xoxo”

But now she’s revealing that one of her co-writers was someone very close to her. And no, it’s not husband Garth Brooks.

In a new post on Instagram, Trisha reveals that she co-wrote her single “Bringing the Angels” with her sister, Beth Yearwood Bernard.
