Steve Aoki and Russell Dickerson have teamed for a summer anthem and fans can’t get enough of the duo.
On June 4, Dickerson took to his social media accounts to share the remix of his hit track “Happen To Me” (Steve Aoki Remix) was available on all music streaming services.
Fans took to the comments section to share how much they loved the remix.
“In love with this song so much,” one fan commented.
“OMG! You’ve done it again, RD! Another way to keep this song in full swing for the summer!” said another fan.
“Just when we thought the vibes couldn’t get any more vibes,” another fan shared.
Behind the Track’s Cover
On June 3, Dickerson shared a behind the scenes of the remix’s cover art which features the singer’s face covered in cake.
“This calls for cake! 🎂,” Dickerson captioned the post, “Happen To Me @steveaoki remix out TOMORROW!!!”
The video shows his wife, Kailey, joining in on the fun as she smashes the cake onto her husband’s face.
New Album on the Way
Dickerson is booked and busy. On June 3, the country singer shared he was on set for his album shoot. He went on to tease fans and unveiled the release date as well as all the tracks. However, when the date and tracks were being named, a censor beep took over and fans were left guessing. The country singer’s mouth was also blocked with a “CENSORED” sticker popping up over his mouth.
However, this didn’t stop fans from showing their excitement.
“AGAIN WITH THE TEASE! I can’t be angry at this censoring because I’m SO EXCITED,” one fan shared.
“When the album releases, we need the full uncensored version of this video!!” another fan shared.
Although the censored sound and stickers couldn’t let fans in on the secret, many took to the comments section to share their detective skills.

“It looks like the title of the album is the same as song #5…which I think you teased part of the song a long time ago as Famous Back Home👀Grasping at whatever clues I can here to get me through until August twenty something 😉 😂…but seriously cannot wait for new RD songs to add into my constant rotation!! 😍” another fan shared.
Fans are now jamming out to his latest release and waiting for Dickerson to announce when his album will be dropping.
