Cole Swindell Fell For His Wife At Music Video Shoot
Cole Swindell previously told People about the unique way he got to know his wife, formerly Courtney Little.
While they were still in the talking stage, Swindell invited the former Charlotte Hornets Honey Bees dancer to star in his music video for the song “Some Habits” from his album “Stereotypes.”
Speaking to the magazine about the shoot, which Swindell sweetly considers the couple’s “first date,” he revealed that the encounter had a nerve-racking side.
He acknowledged pretending to be in a relationship on camera with a woman he was just getting to know was “pretty awkward.”
The musician continued, “That was the first time we really had a chance to hang. We went out after we shot the video, and we’ve been together ever since.”
He summed up their relationship beginnings by saying, “It’s a pretty, pretty wild story. But you never know. They say songs are powerful. I feel like now, after meeting her, I can finally check all the boxes.”
