Singer Shania Twain is about to hit the road on a new tour, and she wants to do more than just entertain her fans.
When the now-blonde Shania kicks off her “Shania Twain Live in Concert” tour July 2 in Missoula, Montana, she’ll donate $25,000 to the local food bank there called the Montana Food Bank Network. And she’ll continue to donate “a generous amount” in every one of her 17 scheduled tour stops this summer. The end result will be one-million meals for those facing food insecurity.
In a statement, Shania Twain said, “At the Shania Twain Foundation, we believe everyone deserves access to nutritious food. These donations will provide direct support in the communities of each tour stop. We can make a meaningful impact across the United States and Canada by helping to ensure that food banks are well stocked and, in turn, uplift people in every city we visit this summer.”

Who am I seeing on my tour this summer? Which show are you coming to? Are you dressing up? I want to know everythiiiiing.”
