Riley Green is Headed Out of Nashville — See Inside His Home [PHOTOS]

Riley Green has certainly found success around the bright lights of Nashville, but it’s time for a change. In 2025, the country music singer listed his home for sale, and the place he’s leaving behind is truly beautiful. Like many celebrity homes, Green’s property is enough to give anyone a serious case of house envy.

In an Instagram photo carousel Live Local Nashville shared, fans (and potential buyers, of course) can get a sneak peek at the Charlotte Park house. The $1,075,000 home features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and plenty of square footage inside and out. The 2023 home also includes thoughtful features like sky-high ceilings and a spa-inspired master bath.

Green Wants More Land, Fewer Crowds

Nashville is certainly a bustling place, and that doesn’t quite suit the Alabama native. As Whiskey Riff shared, Green explained his desire to move while serving as a co-host on the Country Countdown USA. “I’m buying another place further out of town,” Green said. In addition to wanting to live somewhere quieter, the singer also had his eye on more wide-open spaces than the city offers. “The neighbors are further away,” he said of his new home. “I’m getting more land.”

This isn’t an uncommon move for country stars in recent years, especially those who become disenchanted with the drawbacks of fame. Although Green stressed that he’s grateful for everything fame has granted him, he admits it is difficult in some ways. “It’s not my favorite part of the industry,” he said. “I miss being a regular guy.”

Living in Nashville Full-Time Hasn’t Been a Major Priority

Although many country singers dream of the day they can move to Nashville, being there all the time has never been a major priority for Green. In fact, he previously built himself a home in his native Alabama, and he believed being there helped him stay focused. “It helps us a lot that I don’t live in Nashville the majority of the time,” he told Connect Savannah in early 2024. “It’s so easy to get distracted by what some other people are doing and having success doing,” he said of the many distractions artists face living in the heart of Nashville.

“I think the best thing you can be right now is different, have your own sound and things to say. It’s a little easier for me to do that now that I live in Alabama because, you know, there’s not any charts down there.” Although his newest property is still in the vicinity of Nashville, being further away from the action sounds like a positive move for Green.
