Country music attracts fans of all ages, which Riley Green saw firsthand at an April 2025 meet and greet event in Arlington, Texas. In a TikTok video from the event, the singer poses for photos with a two-year-old girl, who walked right up to him with a smile and a wave.

The sweet video earned over 120,000 likes, and fans flocked to the comments section to share their feelings on the heartwarming moment. “He wanted to pick her up so bad,” one fan said of Green, who smiled at the little girl from under his baseball cap. “She didn’t meet Riley Green,” another fan joked. “Riley Green met HER.”

As Country Now reported, the young fan, named Hadley, was looking forward to meeting Green. “When I asked her if she wanted to go meet Riley Green, she laughed, smiled and put her hand over her mouth acting bashful,” Hadley’s mom, Autumn, explained.

As Autumn also shared, being Green fans is a family affair. Hadley particularly likes listening to his 2024 single, “Worst Way.” “She clearly doesn’t know what the lyrics mean, but every time she hears the tune she gets shy, smiles, and starts dancing to it.” Autumn went on to explain that she and Hadley have received a lot of positive and supportive feedback from other fans since posting the meet and greet video.

Green Frequently Makes Time to Connect With His Young Fans at Events

Green doesn’t have kids of his own as of this publication, but he is clearly comfortable interacting with them. In 2023, the singer posted a set of Instagram photos of himself holding a young fan while on stage. He captioned the post “Kids these days…little man stole the show.” Another photo in the series shows Green letting the youngster sing into his microphone.

As detailed on Green’s official website, fans young and old will have a chance to see the singer live in concert during his 2025 tour. The tour kicks off with an April 26 performance at Bulls, Bands, & Barrels in Missouri and runs through early October. Along the way, Ella Langley and other artists are slotted to join Green on stage.
