Lauren Alaina Shares Life as New Mom With Fans

Lauren Alaina is in full-on Mommy Mode, and she’s happily letting fans come along for the ride.

The country singer has been generous on social media, giving fans plenty of chances to see her newborn, adorable daughter Beni Doll Arnold.

Since Beni was born June 11, Lauren has included Beni in a number of posts on Instagram. The latest shows a two-week-old Beni sleeping in Lauren’s arms as she lip syncs to Ke$ha’s “Your Love is My Drug,” while husband Cam Arnold sings into what looks like part of a breast pump behind her.

In the caption, Lauren writes, “When you’re triple feeding around the clock but you’re married to your best friend and making the best of it 🍼😅 But seriously, my husband is a champ.”

(Triple feeding is breast feeding the baby, then pumping milk, then feeding the baby a bottle every two to three hours. It is often used to increase milk supply and help the baby gain weight, according to UMC Rochester.)

Despite Sleep Deprivation, Lauren Alaina Finds Time for Podcast

Despite triple-feeding’s grueling schedule, new mom Lauren Alaina has still found time to drop a brand new episode of her “LA Lately” podcast.

The new episode was posted to Lauren’s YouTube channel June 27. In it, she talked to former Bachelorette and author Hannah Brown, who Lauren says in the podcast she met on “Dancing With the Stars.”

“She beat me. It’s fine. I’m over it,” Lauren says as both women laugh.

“Are you over it?” Hannah asks. Lauren pretends to tear up and explains, “Yes, it’s fine. My friends gave me a little trophy that says I was the ‘G.O.A.T.’ And it is a little goat.”

Hannah and Lauren talked about Hannah’s new novel, “The Four Engagement Rings of Sybil Rain.” The season 15 Bachelorette is also taking on a new tile, “Paradise Relations” in season 10 of “Bachelor in Paradise.” That will premiere July 7 on ABC.

During the podcast, Lauren offered to play Sybil Rain if Hannah’s book is turned into a movie.

Lauren Alaina Says Becoming a Mom Has Improved Her Body Image

Lauren Alaina says becoming a mother has had an unexpected benefit in addition to the joy and love it’s brought into her household.

She says her pregnancy with Beni has transformed her body image.

Lauren told People, “”My love and appreciation for my body has transformed in the last five months. Just what a miracle it is. The female body is insane.”

The singer went on, “I have really struggled with body image in my life. And now that I have this baby, I’m like, ‘How could I have ever thought something negative about this body of mine that can do this?’ It’s unbelievable.”
