Ella Langley may be a multi-ACM winner and rising star, but in some ways, she’s just like us. In a hilarious TikTok video, Langley reveals exactly what she’s looking for in a partner, and it’s surprisingly simple. However, fans couldn’t help but speculate that some of her talking points might reference a particular man in country music: fellow singer Riley Green.

In the video, the singer calmly does her make-up while explaining that she wants, “Somebody who’s nice. And a man. Not a little boy, a man.” Although she does admit that the list of qualities she’d like in a partner keeps growing, she boils it down to that basic idea. “What is Ella looking for in a man? A man. An actual man. That’d be cool.”

Fans in the comments section wondered if the singer’s “little boy” comment was a dig at Green. “Riley Green just got called out,” one fan wrote. Another said, “‘Not a little boy’ = Riley Green.”

However, both singers have strongly denied any romantic connection. In 2024. Langley told Taste of Country that there wasn’t any truth to people’s assumptions that her and her “You Look Like You Love Me” duet partner were an item. Instead, she shared that the two have struck up a friendship throughout their time working together on the hit song. The pair posed for photos together at the ACMs, where they accepted Music Event of the Year trophies for their duet.

Green rumors aside, Langley’s straightforward description of her type clearly resonated with fans. Some wished her luck in finding such a partner, while others said they share her desires. “Ella deserves the best,” one kind fan wrote. “Reach high, Ella,” another said. Some fans also complimented Langley’s makeup skills.

While Langley may still be on the hunt for her ideal man, she certainly isn’t struggling to find success. She appeared at the Sand in My Boots Festival in May, and the summer will see her appear alongside other country stars. In June and July, Langley will play a handful of shows on Green’s Damn Country Music tour, and she’ll even unite with “I’m The Problem” singer Morgan Wallen for his tour throughout the season.
