Summer just got a little better for country music fans! Two big powerhouse voices, Scotty McCreery and Dustin Lynch, have announced they will be hitting the road together for their “Two for the Road Tour!” The co-headliners announced the dates on Instagram, promising fans several unforgettable nights filled with high energy performances and chart topping hits.
The highly anticipated tour will kick off on November 6 in Saginaw, Michigan. The duo is set to visit 12 cities across the United States before wrapping up on December 6 in Duluth, Minnesota. From the Northeast in Portland, Maine, to the deep South in Mississippi, Lynch and McCreery are ready to bring their signature sounds to fans nationwide.
A Celebration of Country Hits and Career Milestones
McCreery, no stranger to the spotlight due to his dynamic lyrics, is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. “The American Idol” alumn made history in 2011 by becoming the youngest male artist of any genre to debut his first album at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200, ad has since racked up six No. 1 hits and sold over four million albums. Even better, as a treat for fans and to promote his new sound, McCreery is expected to release “Seasons Change: Platinum Edition” on June 20. The singer-songwriter also recently performed at Stagecoach this year, adding on to his busy schedule.
Meanwhile, Lynch is riding a major wave of momentum into the fall. Recently making waves at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, Lynch continues to command country stages across the US. He is currently in the midst of a groundbreaking residency at Wynn Nightlife in Las Vegas, and broke record by becoming the venue’s first-ever country music artist in residence. His mix of fan favorite singles, including “Small Town Boy” and “Thinking ‘Bout You,” ensures fans are in for a lively night of sing-alongs and good times.
The “Two for the Road Tour” isn’t just about revisiting career highlights; it’s about celebrating a decade of success, friendship, and shared love of country music for both the fans. Whether you’re a fan of Lynch’s upbeat anthems or McCreery’s rich, classic country vocals, this tour promises something for everyone.
Fans eager to secure their spot can access an exclusive presale, including special VIP packages, starting Wednesday, April 30, at 10 a.m. General public ticket sales will go on sale Friday, May 2. The artists announced they will be joined on the road by supporting acts Walker Montgomery and Sons of Habit on select dates, adding extra excitement to an already stellar lineup.
This marks the first, but exciting, time Lynch and McCreery will share a tour, blending two distinct but complementary styles that have helped shape the sound of modern country over the last decade.
