Bravo has just announced a slate of new shows that will debut later this year. One that really stands out is “Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition,” which will give fans the chance to see some of their favorite Housewives like never before. Rumors have already started to swirl about the potential cast—here’s what we know.
Who Will Be in the Cast of ‘Wife Swap: Real Housewives Edition’?
The new series announced by Bravo will be a unique crossover of two iconic reality franchises. “Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition” will feature stars from Bravo’s “Real Housewives” swapping lives with another for an “opportunity to see if the grass is truly greener.”
According to The Daily Dish, viewers of this new docuseries can expect “laugh-out-loud moments ” and “personal epiphanies.”
Bravo has not yet announced the cast, but rumors have already popped up online. On the popular gossip site Bravo and Cocktails, a post claimed that shooting will begin this summer and the series will see “Real Housewives” trade places “in the style of “ABC’s Wife Swap.” The post also claimed there were “confirmed wives” who have “allegedly” joined the cast.
Here is the rumored cast: “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Emily Simpson, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga, “Real Housewives of Potomac” star Wendy Osefo, and “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Angie Katsanevas.
Even More New Shows Are Coming to Bravo
In addition to “Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition,” Bravo will also be adding to the Housewives franchise. “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” will follow a tight-knit group of friends “who have deep community roots and families that go back generations.”
“With aspirational lives, thriving businesses and tangled family dynamics, these decade-long friendships prove that in a state this small, there’s no escaping your past … or each other,” the announcement reads.
Another new show on the Bravo schedule is technically a reboot. Ladies of London aired for three seasons before it ended in 2017. But now, the show “is back with a new wave of British blue bloods, ambitious American expats, and glamorous international socialites.”
Also coming soon is “The Valley: Persian Style.” This show will feature a trio of stars that Bravo fans first met on “Shahs of Sunset.” According to the show’s description, Reza Farahan, Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi, and Mercedes “MJ” Javid will realize that “life isn’t quieter” in the valley, “it’s just more complicated.”

Bravo has not yet announced the premiere dates for these new shows.
