‘Million Dollar Listing’ Stars Land New Show Together

Tracy Tutor and Josh Flagg have announced their collaboration on a new series called “Mansions and Martinis,” which showcases their renewed friendship and professional partnership through a new format that combines luxury real estate with their signature personalities.

The “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” stars revealed their upcoming project through a playful promotional video posted on Tutor’s Instagram on August 18, where their contrasting work styles and dynamic relationship take center stage in the announcement.

New Series Highlights Their Partnership

The promotional video for “Mansions and Martinis” effectively captures the duo’s working relationship and individual personalities. Tutor takes charge while Flagg maintains a more relaxed approach, creating an interesting contrast that promises to define their new show.

“Hi, I’m Tracy Tutor and I’m the one that does all the work when Josh and I work together,” Tutor announces in the video, while Flagg casually responds from his spot on the sofa with a martini in hand, simply saying, “Hi, I’m Josh.”

The promotional content continues with Tutor highlighting their different approaches: “Hi, I’m Tracy Tutor, and I have my hair and makeup done, my flashcards ready, and my laptop,” while Flagg maintains his relaxed posture, again introducing himself as just “Hi, I’m Josh.”

The series will air exclusively on Estate Media, with episodes premiering on Mondays at 5:00 p.m. PST. The first episode is currently available to watch on YouTube.

Tutor’s Instagram caption promised fans “behind-the-scenes sips and drama” from their new venture, suggesting the show will offer viewers an entertaining blend of luxury real estate content and the personalities that have made both stars popular on “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.”

Friendship Rebuilt After Past Challenges

The announcement of their joint project shows how much Tutor and Flagg’s relationship has changed and improved over recent years. The two real estate professionals have successfully moved past previous disagreements and rebuilt their friendship into a working partnership.

Their renewed bond has been evident through various public appearances and social media interactions. In June 2025, TTutor shared an Instagram Story (per Bravotv.com) showing the pair watching videos together in a car. “Look who has curly hair,” she commented in the video, demonstrating their comfortable dynamic.

The relationship between Tutor and Flagg has grown considerably, as revealed during a March business lunch at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills. During their meal, Flagg disclosed just how close they’ve become professionally and personally. “You do know that you’re one of the trustees of my foundation, which is probably a scary thing,” Flagg told Tutor, in an Instagram Story, according to Bravotv.com.

Tutor responded confidently: “Or maybe the best decision you’ve ever made.”

Their friendship faced challenges during Season 13 of “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” when Flagg made inappropriate comments about Tutor’s daughter, Juliet Maltas. However, both parties appeared to work to repair the relationship through a public apology and genuine efforts to rebuild trust.

Tutor spoke about their reconciliation in a 2024 interview with Us Weekly, explaining: “Josh Flagg made really strong efforts to repair damage that happened between him and I toward the end of last season. And I’m really proud of him… At the end of the day, if you’re really, truly friends with someone, you forgive. You don’t forget, but you forgive.”
