It was nothing but smiles when “The Valley” star Michelle Saniei shared an Instagram post on May 22 celebrating her daughter Isabella’s pre-school graduation.
“Our little graduate! I’m sooo proud of you Isabella. No matter what, we’ll always smile together to celebrate her and all her bright, beautiful moments,” Saniei gushed.
The first two pictures show Saniei holding a beaming Isabella in one arm, with a bouquet of peach and white flowers in another.
In the third photo of the carousel, Saniei and her estranged husband, Jesse Lally, posed in front of the camera with Isabella between them.
“Yes! Love that you’re giving your daughter a family photo even though you’re not together anymore,” a fan replied. Another wrote, “This is growth. Love this.”
Saniei and Lally’s “The Valley” co-star, Brittany Cartwright, stated, “yay Isabella!!!”
Saniei & Lally Are Trying to Find Their Footing as Co-Parents
“The Valley” fans have watched Saniei and Lally’s marriage go through hard times in season 1 and are now seeing the two navigate divorce in the second season.
Although they have both moved on with other partners, issues about trust and overspending kept coming between them.
“This idea that I was spending all of our money on wine — that’s a lot of wine for very little storage in my little cellar, my wine fridges,” Lally told Us Weekly on May 13.
He continued, “We lived a really great life, and we continue to live that life.” However, the real estate agent pointed out that the market had dipped at the time of filming and told the publication, “[She and I] are both really at fault.”
Lally Hinted at a ‘High’ Moment With Him and Saniei in ‘The Valley’ Season 2
The Santa Barbara trip in “The Valley” season 2 ended with lots of fights and drama, particularly between Saniei and Lally.
However, Lally teased that the end of the season would see more resolution. “As you see the season unfold, you’ll see some very high highs, especially toward the end, especially on our trip to Hawaii,” he said to Extra on April 10.
Lally said of sharing their daughter, “Co-parenting is about Isabella and when it comes down to it, we’ve agreed that we both trust each other to do what’s safe and best for Isabella on our custodial time.”
“Isabella’s super happy right now, so that’s kind of all that matters. We’ll figure our stuff out when we figure it out,” Lally shared.
