”Summer House” fans have questions about the Season 9 finale. After the final episode of the Bravo reality show aired on Bravo on May 21, eagle-eyed fans noted that a key scene that was previously teased was missing. The scene in question featured Paige DeSorbo alleging to co-stars Lindsay Hubbard and Amanda Batula that she caught her ex Craig Conover texting two other women before their split last fall.
While that scene wasn’t shown or explained, a long segment of DeSorbo talking about her split from the “Southern Charm” star was featured, with details on the timeline of the breakup. The pickup scene was shot in January 2025 at Hubbard’s New York City apartment.
Fans Hope the ’Summer House’ Scene Will Be Addressed at the Reunion
On social media, fans expressed confusion over the missing scene, which was first teased at the end of the season 9 premiere episode in February. A post shared by @thebravoinvestiogator asked the question, “Soooo we’re just going to pretend we didn’t see a million preview clips where Paige accused Craig of texting two [expletive]?”
“Bravo is known to cut a scene, but the fandom is way too smart to not notice this ✂️. We’ve been waiting months for this!” came the caption.
Fans held out hope that the missing scene would be addressed on an update show.
“Hopefully it will be in the secrets revealed episode 😅,” one fan wrote.
“Or in the reunion,” added another.
Other fans wondered if DeSorbo or Conover asked Bravo to take the scene out of the finale.
Craig Conover Denied the Story When the Clip Came Out

Two months after his split from DeSorbo was made public, Conover appeared on the “Tamron Hall Show.” His appearance came just after the season 9 premiere aired.
Conover told Hall that the scene wasn’t part of his breakup from DeSorbo and that it was “filmed later on.” He also claimed that he was very “loyal” to the “Giggly Squad” host, adding, “So I’ve never cheated.”
“At the end of the day, she fell out of love, or I wasn’t the right person for her,” the “Southern Charm” star explained to Hall. “I think that’s OK. If someone’s not right for you, you only live once. Go find your person.”
Conover noted that he wanted to remain “positive” and focus on the good that came to him and DeSorbo during their three-year relationship. “I’m just grateful for the three years of a relationship that we had,” he said. “It was really great. I’m 100 times a better version of myself now than I was, and I think she is too.”
