‘Summer House’ Star Makes Bold Claim About Cast Ahead of Season 10

Lindsay Hubbard thinks the ”Summer House” cast can get through “anything.” The veteran Bravo TV personality spoke out in a new interview to give her cast kudos for powering through—unlike, perhaps, other reality TV casts such as the gang from “Vanderpump Rules.”

Speaking with Us Weekly in an April 2025 interview, Hubbard said her castmates have shown they can survive anything that life throws at them. “We have been through some hard stuff, as a group,” the mom of one told the outlet. “I think more than a lot of other groups on Bravo, we have really proved that we can get through almost anything.”

“I mean, listen, if I can share a house with my ex-fiancé [Carl Radke] who broke up with me in the most humiliating public way humanly possible, then, yeah, we can get through anything,” Hubbard added.

In August 2023, Radke ended his engagement to Hubbard on-camera three months before their scheduled destination wedding was set to take place. The exes came face-to-face in July 2024 to film “Summer House” season 9 in the shared Hamptons house. Radke even participated in Hubbard’s gender reveal scavenger hunt.

Tom Schwartz Made a Comment About the ‘Happy’ Summer House’ Family

“Vanderpump Rules” alum Tom Schwartz joined the “Summer House” gang for a weekend during filming last August.  In a scene shot at the end of the weekend, he told Paige DeSorbo and Ciara Miller to appreciate what they have with their cast.

“I just want to say thanks for letting me into your happy little world. You’ve got to cherish this,” he told the “Summer House” veterans on the April 30, 2025, episode. “I used to have a happy family in L.A. and now everyone hates each other. We all hate each other. You’ve got to cherish this, it’s very sacred.”

“We’re in complete disarray,” he added of his former castmates, who included Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, Scheana Shay,  Katie Maloney, James Kennedy, and Lala Kent.

In November, Bravo announced a complete reboot of “Vanderpump Rules” with an entirely new cast for season 12.

Friendships in the “Vanderpump Rules” cast crumbled in early 2023, after Tom Sandoval was discovered having an affair with then co-star Raquel Leviss.

During an April 2025 appearance on Johnny Bananas’ “Death, Taxes and Bananas” podcast, Sandoval expressed annoyance over how he was ostracized by the group after what was the “fifth [expletive] cheating scandal on our show.” He also slammed his former castmates for refusing to film together amid Scandoval.

“We were so close to getting picked back up again,” he claimed of the original plan for “Vanderpump Rules” Season 12. “But it was just the constant people going on interviews and being like, ‘I don’t associate with this person.’ I am not downplaying what I did. I’m not. But everybody has done their fair share of [expletive]. I don’t care what kind of propaganda or bull [expletive] they try to spin. …I’ve never really judged anybody too hardcore for their [expletive].”
