‘Southern Charm’ Personality Gets Married

“Southern Charm” alum Danni Baird wed her now-husband, Nick Volz, during a November 23 ceremony, as reported by People magazine.

The publication reported that Baird took to her Instagram Stories to post pictures taken at her and Volz’s South Carolina wedding. In one Instagram Story, Baird, who stopped filming for the Bravo show in 2021, shared that she chose to have her brother walk her “down the aisle.”

According to People magazine, Volz and Baird’s 11-month-old son, Jackson Yates, also attended the wedding.

People magazine reported that Volz proposed to Baird in June 2024. While speaking to the publication shortly after their engagement, Baird said her now-husband got on one knee while they were on a stroll.

“I thought he just wanted to stretch his legs, but next thing I knew I turned around and he was down on one knee, telling me, ‘This is long overdue,'” said Baird, who began dating Volz in 2022.

During the July 2024 People magazine interview, Baird spoke about becoming a mother in December 2023.

“He’s absolutely perfect — the best Christmas present you could ever imagine. He’s the cutest, most handsome little boy and just fills our lives with so much love and joy every day,” said Baird to the publication.

She also shared why Volz decided to name their son Jackson Yates.

“As soon as he said it, I was like, ‘I love this because A, I didn’t have to think about it; B, I don’t know anybody by that name; and C, it came from him.’ So it was an immediate yes. And then when I was in labor, Nick was like, ‘What if we name him Jackson Yates but call him Yates’ and I was like, ‘We’ll name him whatever you want, just let me birth this baby!'” recalled Baird.

Baird introduced her son to her social media followers in an April 2024 Instagram upload.

“Hello World! My big media debut has been lonnnnng overdue!” -Yates. I’m dumbstruck that our little man, Yates, turned 4 months old this week!! He has brought us more joy and love than we could EVER have imagined. He’s absolutely perfect 💙,” wrote Baird in the post’s caption.

Quite a few fans congratulated Baird about her new arrival.

“Awwwwwww, congrats! Enjoy every moment! He will be in high school before you know it!!” commented an Instagram user.

“He’s so precious, congrats girl,” added another.

“Oh my goodness what a doll! Congratulations! It’s wonderful to see you so happy and fulfilled! 💙💙💙,” shared another person.

Baird also celebrated her son in an August 2024 Instagram post.

“Can’t believe our little man is officially 8 months old!” read the caption of the Instagram post.
