Sharon Stone Reveals She Once Went Out With a Much Younger Rapper

Sharon Stone is getting candid about her dating life, confessing on “Watch What Happens Live” that she once went on a date with a much younger rapper. That rapper just happens to be Nelly.

Confession With a Smile

Stone appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” with host Andy Cohen on Sunday, August 17. During one of the segments, which was shared on Instagram, Cohen asked the Hollywood icon, 67, if she had ever gone on a date with the rapper, 50.

Her reply? “Yes, I did,” she confessed with a smile.

While the pair did share one date, it looks like it never went beyond that. She said it seemed to fizzle pretty quickly, and they never made it to a second date.

When Could the Date Have Happened?

While Stone was open about going on the date with Nelly, she didn’t give any details about when the two could have gone out.

The “Basic Instinct” actress has been single for the past 21 years. She finalized her divorce from Phil Bronstein in 2004 after 16 years of marriage. She was also married to Michael Greenburg from 1984 to 1987.

Meanwhile, Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., has been married to Ashanti since December 2023. The pair previously dated from 2003 to 2013, but recently reconnected. They welcomed their first child together in July 2024.

Sharon Stone Back on the Dating Scene

It may have been a while since her date with Nelly, but it looks like Stone might be making a return to the dating world. She recently admitted on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” that she has resorted to wearing proper women’s underwear now that her sons have moved out of the house.

In 2000, Stone became a mom when she adopted Roan, now 25, while married to Bronstein. The “Casino” star then adopted Laird, 20, and Quinn, 19, shortly after ending her marriage with Bronstein.

During her appearance on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” she said, “You do not wear lady panties when you have so many boys. You’re just a dude.”

Those three sons recently made a rare public appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of her new film, “Nobody 2.” Stone was on the red carpet, along with Roan, Laird, and Quinn. All three sons appeared to be happy to support their mother on the red carpet, and Stone was smiling ear-to-ear in photos taken with her sons.
