Scheana Shay’s Husband Takes Full Ownership as He Speaks Out for the First Time Since Affair Reveal

Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay has quite a bit going on. She released her memoir, “My Good Side,” recently and has been making the rounds to promote it. Now, her husband, Brock Davies, is opening up and taking complete accountability for his affair, which she exposed in the book.

According to Page Six, Brock recently appeared on Scheana’s “Shenanigans.” In the episode, he discussed his mindset during the affair and explained why he ended it. He said, “It was a sexual affair. There was no dating. There was no courting. It was just purely that. Meet up and we’d have sex.”

Brock Davies then said that he ended the affair with the mystery woman because he “felt horrible about it.” Still, he also admitted that it happened “multiple times.” According to him, “I was like, ‘This is not OK, not doing this.’ And I pulled the pin, and then I forgot about it.”

Scheana Shay Spoke Candidly About The Affair In Her New Book

The world first learned that Brock Davies had cheated on Scheana Shay when she released an excerpt of the book before its release. Now, the book has been released, and readers can get a different view of Scheana than they did during her years on “Vanderpump Rules.

According to Page Six, Scheana Shay said in the book about the affair, “My whole body froze, and I remained in a state of paralyzed shock as he confessed that he’d cheated on me two years prior, when we were living in San Diego during the [COVID-19] pandemic, while I was pregnant with Summer.”

Scheana Shay then said, “As I sat there, feeling completely sick to my stomach, he admitted that — at the time — he was scared about being a father again, specifically about whether he even deserved to be, and he chose to deal with it by sleeping with someone else.”

Regarding the aftermath of the affair and why it took him so long to confess to Scheana Shay, Brock said, “I was an absolute coward. I would just minimize my actions and compartmentalize it. … I believed that I was never going to do it again and just [had to] move past this. It was selfish. It was a self-preservation tactic.”

Luckily, it seems the couple is doing just fine these days.

She Could Join ‘The Valley’ For Season Three

Scheana Shay has appeared on “The Valley,” which is a spin-off of “Vanderpump Rules,” during its second season. However, there is a chance she could become an official cast member for the show’s third season. Notably, this would come on the heels of Jax Taylor’s exit.

Producer Alex Baskin recently spoke to US Weekly about the possibility of her joining. He said, “We’re making our plans for next season. Scheana is really friends with that entire group, and so you actually have to take pains, in some cases, to not include that group, or those Vanderpump folks, because they are connected to this group.”
