On the most recent episode of Bravo’s “Next Gen NYC,” Riley Burruss left mom Kandi Burruss speechless after revealing just how much she spent during a night out with friends.
Riley Burruss Breaks Down the $14K Bill—and Kandi Burruss Is Not Having It
Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker paid a visit to their daughter Riley Burruss in New York City—but the casual catch-up took a wild turn. Riley and Ariana Biermann, daughter of Kandi’s former RHOA castmate Kim Zolciak, explained how close they’ve become since moving to the city.
“I have been with Riley every single day since I moved here,” Ariana told the couple. “She is literally my best friend.”
But when Todd asked for the scoop on Riley’s recent falling-out with “Next Gen NYC” castmate Charlie Zakkour, things escalated quickly.
Riley recounted the drama: “We went out and he’s like, ‘Oh, y’all, let’s split a table.’ Charlie came, brought like 10 girls. I literally had nowhere to sit… You guys are drinking up all the alcohol—1942 bottle, so it wasn’t cheap.”
That’s when Kandi jumped in: “I’m paying for 1942 bottles?!”
Riley insisted, “I paid for it, mom!” But Kandi wasn’t convinced. “With what?! It better not be on the card that I pay for. What did he chip in? That’s what I wanna know.”
Then came the reveal: “It was 14-something,” Riley said, referring to the total bill. Kandi’s reaction? “$14,000?! Girl!”
Riley clarified that her share was around $7,000 and added that fellow cast member Emira D’Spain agreed to split the rest. Still, Kandi delivered a reality check: “You got too much money to burn. You’re really gonna have to figure out your finances, honey.”
Riley and Ariana Are Pushing For a ‘Real Housewives’ Reunion
Beyond the spending shocker, Riley and Ariana also opened up about their hopes to reunite their famous moms—despite a long-standing feud.
In an interview with The Daily Dish, Riley said, “I know my mom wants to reconnect, and we all want to do like a dinner or something together.”
Ariana added, “I feel like we could definitely bring them and reconnect them together.”
Kandi and Kim were once friends on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” but fell out over disputes related to Kim’s hit song “Tardy for the Party” and even clashed over baby names. Whether the next generation can bring them back together remains to be seen—but if nothing else, they’ve definitely delivered Bravo-worthy drama of their own.
