Rachel Zoe Looks Unrecognizable in Throwback PHOTO

Rachel Zoe is turning heads again—this time with a vintage photo that looks nothing like the blonde style icon we know today.

Weeks after confirming her long-rumored casting on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the celebrity stylist-turned-mogul shared a jaw-dropping throwback on Instagram. The photo showed a younger Zoe with beachy brunette waves and a cherry red lip, posing beside then-husband Rodger Berman.

Her Brunette Era: A Throwback Zoe’s Fans Didn’t See Coming

While Zoe is known for her signature long blonde hair and California-glam aesthetic, she once channeled a very different look. In a 2013 Instagram post, the former stylist shared a rare photo of herself and Berman, both rocking brunette styles.

“OMG … had to post this #tbt [Throwback Thursday],” she wrote in the caption.

The darker shade isn’t unfamiliar to Zoe. In a photo from her high school modeling days, she wore wavy brunette tresses and name-checked Madonna as her style icon at the time. “I was living for her,” she admitted.

Through the years, Zoe has also played with bangs, once asking fans in 2022 if it was “time for a hair change” in a post that featured her blunt fringe. She hasn’t brought back the bangs (yet), but every look proves the same thing: Zoe knows how to keep fans guessing—and talking.

From “The Rachel Zoe Project” to “RHOBH”: Zoe’s Back on Bravo

On June 6, Zoe confirmed what Bravo fans had been speculating for months—she’s officially joining season 15 of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

“Here we go again @bravotv !!!✨ I am officially joining #TheRealHousewivesofBeverlyHills and back with my Bravo family. Let’s do this! 💎 #RHOBH,” she wrote on Instagram.

In a follow-up video, Zoe told fans, “It’s been a while and you’ve been asking me to come back to television. I said when the stars align… and now is the time.”

Zoe rose to fame as Hollywood’s most sought-after stylist in the early 2000s and became a household name thanks to her Bravo series “The Rachel Zoe Project,” which aired from 2008 to 2013. The show highlighted her fast-paced styling business and personal life with Berman.

Since then, Zoe has launched her own fashion line, expanded her media empire with The Zoe Report, and debuted her luxury subscription service Curateur.

Though Bravo hasn’t announced an exact premiere date for season 15, Zoe’s casting is already generating massive buzz.
