Madison LeCroy Teases Details on New Dream Home

Madison LeCroy has found her dream home—for the second time.

In March 2025, the expectant “Southern Charm” star told fans on Instagram that her dreams have changed since she bought her first house three years ago. LeCroy added that she knew it was time to make a move with her husband Brett Randle ahead of the arrival of their baby girl this summer.

In a post on her Instagram stories, LeCroy said that in the weeks since she listed her Charleston, South Carolina home for sale, people have asked her things like, “Why would you move?’ and ‘Oh my God, it was a dream,’ and things like that.’”

“I’m like, ‘Yeah, it was my dream three years ago, but like that’s kind of changed now, don’t you think?'” the Bravo TV alum shared.

“But also, if you know me, I’m not gonna move into something that’s worse,” LeCroy continued. “I’m gonna move into something better, bigger, grander, more charming, all the things. So don’t worry. What I have in store next is gonna blow your mind, especially when I’m all finished with things that I’m gonna change.”

LeCroy did admit she will be “house poor” at first and may have to wait to do some of the things she wants to do to her new place. “Anyways, don’t underestimate me,” she added. “Just know it’s gonna be bigger and better.”

Madison LeCroy Admitted She Will Miss Her Old House

LeCroy previously told the Daily Dish that her growing family spawned the need for more space. “Life’s changing, our family’s growing, and I’ve got big dreams, so why not level up?” she told the outlet. “Honestly, we’ve loved this house, but it’s time for something that fits where we’re headed next.”

Of the new space, she added, “Let’s just say … it’s exactly what we need. More space, more charm, and plenty of room for our family to grow. It’s got everything we’ve wanted and then some, so get ready.”

She also confirmed that she wouldn’t be moving far. “Charleston is home, and it’s where we want to raise our children,” she said.

But even though she’s excited about the move, LeCroy admitted she will miss her charming Daniel Island neighborhood. On March 22, she posted a video to her Instagram stories as she walked her dog, Karen, around the block. “I’m gonna miss my house. I really am,” LeCroy told fans. “It’s bittersweet…and our little walks around the neighborhood,” she added.

Madison LeCroy Found a  Buyer for Her Home in 10 days

A few weeks LeCroy announced she was expecting a baby with Randle, she listed her four-bedroom  Daniel Island property for $1,750,000 with Charleston realtor Tom Schneider.  The house includes a gourmet kitchen and custom gym.

According to the New York Post, a buyer for the house was found just 10 days later. The sale price has not yet been disclosed pending the finalization of the deal, but it sounds like multiple people were interested.  Scheider told the outlet that some potential buyers even asked LeCroy would sell the home with “the furniture and the gym equipment.”
