‘Southern Charm‘ Star Predicts Former Co-Star Will Be Back by the End of Season 10

Madison LeCroy thinks her former co-star Jarrett “JT” Thomas will be back to filming despite his sudden exit from “Southern Charm” in November.

Speaking with Deadline in December 2024, LeCroy hinted that Thomas still has an obligation to film the reunion despite being estranged from at least some of his castmates.

“[As for the reunion], he doesn’t have a choice not to come. We’ll see you there, JT!” LeCroy said.

Thomas made his debut as a main cast member on the 9th season of “Southern Charm” and he returned to film season 10. But weeks before the 10th season of the Bravo reality show premiered, he shared an Instagram post to announce his resignation from “Southern Charm.” In a brief message, Thomas revealed that he quit before filming all of his confessionals for season 10.

“I no longer wish to participate in any ways moving forward with the TV show,” he wrote, before cryptically adding that he must recover “both physically and mentally from what has been an extremely challenging & exhausting year.”

In addition to LeCroy and Thomas, the 10th season of “Southern Charm” features Shep Rose, Craig Conover, Austen Kroll, Leva Bonaparte, Venita Aspen, Taylor Ann Green, Rodrigo Reyes, Patricia Altschul, and Whitney Sudler-Smith, as well as newcomers Molly O’Connell, Salley Carson, and Ryan Albert.

Madison LeCroy Hinted That JT Thomas Had a Difficult Season

In the season 10 premiere titled “Raising Cane,” Thomas was seen walking with a cane after suffering an injury. His gift of a cane to “Southern Charm” matriarch Patricia Altschul did not go over well. A fast forward to later in the season showed some of the other cast members claiming that Thomas called Altschul a derogatory name behind her back after she rejected his gift.

LeCroy told Deadline that Thomas “messed with the wrong people” during his short run on the reality show. “Rule number one, never mess with Patricia [Altschul],” she added.

Thomas made quite a scene during the season 9 reunion when he tried to perform an “F-boy exorcism” on Austen Kroll. The jury is out on what will happen this time around, but LeCroy is ready, should Thomas be required to film.

In an interview with Decider in November 2024, LeCroy said, “I think I’ll still be able to confront him at the reunion. He signed a contract. He’s not going anywhere.”

As of this writing, Thomas has not confirmed if he will participate in the “Southern Charm” reunion when it tapes in early 2025. The former Bravo star did respond to an Instagram fan who asked him, “Will you ever be able to share your side of the story?” “Yes,” he replied.
