‘Southern Charm’ Star Lists Charleston Home for $1.75 Million

Madison LeCroy is making another major life change. Weeks after announcing she is expecting her second child, the “Southern Charm” star has listed her Charleston, South Carolina, home for sale. Fans have seen the home featured on the Bravo reality show multiple times over the past two seasons.

LeCroy and her husband Brett Randle listed the property for $1,750,000 with a Charleston realtor. According to the listing, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home features many amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, a custom private gym, a screened-in porch and deck, and an additional finished room over the garage.

LeCroy even commented on the real estate listing, writing, “Wow!! This is beautiful 😉”

Madison LeCroy Teased Her House Sale After Posting Her Gender Reveal

LeCroy previously told fans her plans to list her house for sale after she posted a gender reveal video on an Amazon Livestream.

On February 29, LeCroy told fans, “I have my real estate agent coming over to look at the house because we’re gonna put it up for sale. Which is kind of like insane.”

“The nesting is supposed to be just like redo the linen closet, clean the tub, wash the floors. Not like go buy a whole new house,” the expectant mom shared. “But I mean, my family’s growing. The only room I have left would be for the nursery. And what about my mom? I’ve gotta have my mom here, you know? Yeah. So it’s insane.”

On her March 5 Amazon Live, LeCroy talked about a new home she looked at. “It has a pool, so that’s cool,” she said. “It’s big,” she added of the house. “Big enough to where we can continue to grow our family.”

Lecroy previously rented in downtown Charleston. Months before her wedding to Randle, she told Bravo Insider that she hoped to move to a family-friendly neighborhood. “I told [Brett] I’m not leaving Charleston for good,” she added. “But we’re looking at anywhere and everywhere.”

LeCroy ultimately bought the Daniel Island home she is now selling in 2022 for $1.5 million, per Reality Blurb.

According to Bravo.com, at the time, she thanked her realtor for helping her find her “dream house.”

LeCroy also shared several Instagram photos as she posed on the front step of her new house with her son, Hudson, and then-fiancé Randle to give fans a first look at their new home.
