‘Southern Charm’ Star Says She’s ‘Really Proud’ of Craig Conover Following Breakup

“Southern Charm” star Madison LeCroy is sharing her support for Craig Conover.

During a February 7 Amazon Live, LeCroy briefly spoke about Conover’s breakup from his girlfriend of three years, Paige DeSorbo.

“Craig is wonderful. Sweet as ever, and he’s hanging in there. I’m really proud of him. I wasn’t sure how that was going to go,” said LeCroy while filming the Amazon Live.

E! News reported that LeCroy shared she gave words of support to Conover after his breakup in her January 9 Amazon Live. She referenced that Conover has been vocal about his desire to have a wife and children.

“I just told him, ‘You’re going to be a great husband, you’re going to be a great dad one day. You have so much to look forward to, like, just be lucky you didn’t already have those things and then go through a breakup,'” said LeCroy during her January 2025 Amazon Live. “I’m here to hype him up when he’s down—and I’ll do that for anyone really.”

LeCroy also said that Conover and DeSorbo are friendly.

“But, they’re still good and I think everything’s going to be fine. I think you guys are taking it a lot harder than they are,” said LeCroy.

Craig Conover Made Comments About His Breakup

DeSorbo revealed that she and Conover had broken up on the December 30 episode of her podcast, “Giggly Squad.” According to DeSorbo, they had an amicable breakup.

During an appearance on the February 6 episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” Conover confirmed that DeSorbo broke up with him toward the end of November 2024. He said he was not sure if she was being serious about wanting to end their relationship for good. According to Conover, he was planning on moving to New York to be with her. In addition, he said she had talked about getting married to him during their Thanksgiving trip.

“She was like, ‘I think we have to break up.’ And then we were like, ‘Well, we’ll have to talk about it.’ And that was after Thanksgiving. And then I stayed at [DeSorbo’s] apartment that week and she wasn’t there. But we were still FaceTiming. And she said, ‘I miss you.’ And stuff,” said Conover during the interview.

Conover also said they did not breakup because of the long-distance nature of their relationship.

“We didn’t want different things. She wanted other people and that’s fine,” said Conover while filming the “Watch What Happens Live” interview.
