Lisa Vanderpump will be taking over the Las Vegas strip in 2026.
Vanderpump announced on March 12 that she is partnering with Caesars Entertainment to open her own hotel in Las Vegas.

Lisa Vanderpump Opens Up About This New Project

Vanderpump will be taking over and completely renovating The Cromwell, working with Nick Alain in the 188-room property. It will open in early 2026.
“It is just going to be another passion project and that’s what I’m looking for in my life,” Vanderpump told PEOPLE.
“It’s a very different challenge because it’s an existing building than what we’ve created before, [where] we literally built a casino floor into a restaurant,” she explains. “We’re going to be working with the parameters of the hotel walls. It’s not like we are knocking anything down but we’re refurbishing all the rooms. It’s great that it’s a boutique hotel and it’s on The Strip. It’s just a wonderful project for the Vanderpump brand.”
However, while much of life has been on television, this project is going to remain under wraps.
“The last 15 years of my life has been documented,” she added when speaking with PEOPLE. “You’ve seen me open restaurants, and so I think that could be a natural progression, But right now, I just need to get the whole situation in the Vanderpump style and up and running before I even consider that.”
“I don’t think we would do a design reality series on developing it. But yeah, I mean, reality does follow me around.”
Lisa Vanderpump Has Already Made Her Mark on Las Vegas
Vanderpump currently has three properties in Las Vegas.
In 2019, she opened the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, followed by Vanderpump a Paris at the Paris Hotel in 2022. Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo, which she also worked on with Alain, opened in November 2024.
And now, she will have a fourth when the Vanderpump Hotel opens in 2026.
But, that’s not all she does.
Along with the three restaurants in Las Vegas, she has two in West Hollywood and one in Lake Tahoe. Bravo’s popular show “Vanderpump Rules” centered around SUR Restaurant and Lounge, before she opened TomTom with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz. Wolf by Vanderpump in Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Hotel and Casino opened in 2024.
