Lindsay Hubbard Responds to ‘Summer House’ Spinoff Rumors

Lindsay Hubbard is weighing in on the buzz surrounding a possible “Summer House” spinoff—and based on her latest comments, fans may not be too far off.

With season 9 of “Summer House” wrapped and major cast changes already confirmed, speculation has picked up about what’s next for some of the show’s longtime stars. Hubbard, who gave birth to daughter Gemma in December, addressed one of the biggest questions directly in a recent interview.

Lindsay Hubbard Says a Spinoff Might Not Be So Far-Fetched

The season 9 finale featured Paige DeSorbo and Amanda Batula visiting Hubbard at her apartment in New York City to meet baby Gemma. The quiet, friendship-driven moment—including shots of breast milk—sparked talk among viewers that Bravo could be setting the stage for a new series focused on life in the city rather than weekends in the Hamptons.

When asked about the rumors during a June interview with Us Weekly, Hubbard didn’t shut them down—in fact, she seemed to lean in.

“I think the fans are onto something,” she said, before giving two pointed winks to the camera.

That brief exchange has fueled even more speculation that a New York–based series featuring Hubbard, DeSorbo, and Batula could be in early development. While nothing has been officially announced, her response suggests there may be more happening behind the scenes than fans realize.

Hubbard also commented on DeSorbo’s exit from the show, saying she doesn’t believe it’s a full goodbye. “I don’t think she’s gonna be gone forever,” she said. “I don’t think, you know, we can fully let her go.”

Hubbard Confirms Her Return for Season 10

While a spinoff remains unconfirmed, Hubbard is officially coming back to “Summer House” for season 10. The longtime cast member made the announcement on Instagram, writing, “BFFR of course I’m coming back this summer 💃🏼. It’s just going to look a little different for me since I’m a whole (expletive) mom now 🤱🏼.”

She clarified that while she won’t be staying at the house full-time, she still plans to film and make appearances throughout the season.

“I’m around, right?” Hubbard said. “I think that’s what, like, normal people do in New York City—we have kids, and we still go to the Hamptons, but it just looks a little different.”

“Summer House” is expected to begin filming season 10 later this summer. DeSorbo, Lexi Wood, and Imrul Hassan have all confirmed their exits, while Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula recently announced they will return to the Hamptons for another summer of chaos.
