‘Summer House’ Star Shares Sneak Peek at New NYC Home

Lindsay Hubbard gave fans an update on her new home in New York City.

More than five months after welcoming her baby daughter, Gemma, with boyfriend Turner Kufe, the ”Summer House” star moved out of the apartment she previously shared with her former fiancé, Carl Radke. She gave an update to fans in a series of social media stories.

Lindsay Hubbard Is Adjusting to Her New Place

In photos posted to her Instagram story and reshared by BravoTV.com, Hubbard documented her move-in day, which took place on May 15. In a video clip from the day, a long hallway could be seen as well as the pad’s hardwood floors and pillars.

A marble-topped kitchen island could also be seen. Hubbard gave a shout-out to the company Roadway Moving, which moved everything out of her old place, into her new place, and unpacked it all in just two days.

In a follow-up Instagram story, an exhausted Hubbard revealed that she was having a little trouble adjusting to the new place. As she lay on an orange couch, she told fans that it took her several days to get Internet access, and admitted she was still having trouble getting organized. “It’s just been a slower process than I was hoping for,” she said. “I’m a pretty organized person, but when you’re getting to know a new apartment, it’s a little bit tricky.

“This apartment is a beast, to say the least,” she teased. “It’s a beast.”

Lindsay Hubbard Explained Why She Was Ready to Move

After Radke ended their engagement in 2023, Hubbard continued to live in the $13,000 per month Kips Bay apartment that they once shared, according to BravoTV.com.  At the time, she explained why she chose to remain in the apartment.

“I spent a lot of time, money, and effort to make this home comfortable for us,” she told Us Weekly in November 2023. “And at this point, I’m not in the mind space to think about, ‘Oh, where am I gonna live now?’”

In March 2025, Hubbard confirmed to The Daily Dish that while she still loved the Kips Bay apartment, she was ready for a “fresh start.”

“I am apartment hunting for apartments downtown,” she said. “I love my current apartment, but it’s seen me through a lot of changes.”

She added, “I have to start making friends for [Gemma] and eventually put her in school. So that’s the goal. Right now, the location is the most important for Gemma and what is best for her.”

It is still unclear if Kufe will live with Hubbard at her new place. The “Summer House’ veteran previously told E! News that she had just resigned her new lease when she found out that she was pregnant last year. She also wanted to slow things down in her fast-paced relationship with Kufe, so she felt it was best to continue living apart.

“It’s a lot of pressure getting pregnant a few months into dating somebody. So, I wanted to take the pressure off in every other department,” Hubbard explained. “I’m an independent woman and I’m a strong girl. If the relationship works out, great. And if it doesn’t, we’ll figure it out. But I didn’t need to move too quickly in the relationship just because I was pregnant.”
