Lindsay Hubbard is on the move five months after the arrival of her baby daughter, Gemma. In May 2025, the ”Summer House” star announced that she is finally moving out of the apartment she once shared with her former fiancé, Carl Radke.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Hubbard told fans in a video, “Life update. I am moving next week to a new apartment, after all these years.”
The Bravo TV personality noted that she had a home organization and moving company on hand to go through an edit of her closet and dressers ahead of her big move. “I have way too many heels that I just will probably never wear again,” she told fans in the clip. “If you see anything that you hate, let me know, and I’ll get rid of it.”
Hubbard also confirmed that she was donating clothes that her baby had outgrown to a charity organization. She gave one other teaser regarding baby Gemma. “Thankfully, our new apartment has tons of space for all our toys,” the mom of one said.
Hubbard’s big move comes less than two months before “Summer House” season 10 will begin filming. The veteran cast member’s status on the show has not been confirmed, but she has already said she will not spend her weekends living at the Hamptons party house now that she is a mom.

Hubbard, 38, did not share further details on her new pad or if she will share it with her boyfriend Turner Kufe.
During a February 2025 interview on Access Hollywood’s “Housewives Nightcap,” Hubbard told hosts Lauren Herbert and Emily Orozco that she did not live with the father of her child and wasn’t sure she would when her apartment lease was up in June. Hubbard teased that she would focus on areas in NYC with good schools for Gemma and neighborhoods where some of her “mom friends” live.
In March, Hubbard confirmed to The Daily Dish that while she loved the apartment she moved into with Radke in 2022, she was ready for a “fresh start.”
“I am apartment hunting for apartments downtown,” she said at the time. “I love my current apartment, but it’s seen me through a lot of changes… I have to start making friends for [Gemma] and eventually put her in school. So that’s the goal. Right now, the location is the most important for Gemma and what is best for her.”

After Radke ended their engagement in 2023, Hubbard remained in the Kips Bay apartment that the two paid $13,000 per month to rent, per BravoTV.com. Radke continued to pay half of the rent until the joint lease was up, then Hubbard took it over on her own.
Hubbard previously explained why she chose to stay in the apartment after her split from Radke.
“I spent a lot of time, money, and effort to make this home comfortable for us,” she told Us Weekly in November 2023. “And at this point, I’m not in the mind space to think about, Oh, where am I gonna live now?'”
During an appearance on “The Viall Files” podcast, Hubbard noted that Radke still paid his half of the rent because they had just renewed the lease right before he broke up with her.
