Kristen Doute reunited with several co-stars for her baby shower.
On April 27, 2025, the pregnant “The Valley” star celebrated the impending arrival of her first child with her friends in Los Angeles with a baby shower hosted by her longtime friend and co-star, Brittany Cartwright.
Guests at the wildflower-themed party included Doute’s “The Valley” co-stars Nia Sanchez, Jesse Lally, Zack Wickham, and Jasmine Goode, as well as her former “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars Ariana Madix and Tom Schwartz, as seen in photos posted to Instagram.
Fans Reacted to the Baby Shower Guest List
Photos from the party showed Doute, her fiancé Luke Broderick, and members of their Bravo family posing in front of an elaborate flower wall.
Fans had a lot to say about the guest list– and who was and wasn’t included. Some noted that several cast members from “The Valley” were missing, as well as Doute’s former “Vanderpump Rules” besties Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney.
“Wow no Scheana or Lala,” one fan commented on Instagram.
Other fans reacted to the guest list in a Reddit thread as they noted that Madix seemed to be good with Schwartz two years after their falling out over the Scandoval cheating scandal.
“Pleasantly surprised to see Ariana and Schwartz looking chummy!” one commenter wrote.
“Schwartz arm around Ariana?! I guess things are good between them?” another chimed in.
“Ariana there with Schwartz arm around her, I could cry man 🥹 ,” another fan wrote on Instagram.
“Imagine being told 10 years ago that neither Katie nor Stassi would be at her baby shower, but Ariana would be!!” a Reddit user wrote.
But it appears that Maloney was invited to the shower. The Something About Her co-owner posted to Instagram to apologize for missing the flowery party. “I’m sorry I couldn’t be there! You look absolutely gorgeous! So happy for you ❤️❤️,” Maloney commented on an Instagram photo of the party guests.

During a 2025 appearance on Bravo’s “Hot Mic” podcast, Doute said she wasn’t close with Schroeder anymore, noting. “There’s no hate. People grow apart.”
“Katie Maloney, I’m still close to,” she added. “Are we best friends the way that we were? No. We are in very different places in our lives. It’s kind of the same thing. I’m closer with Katie, but it’s OK for people to just grow apart without there being some big, dramatic breakup, strangely enough.”
