“Southern Charm” star Jarrett “JT” Thomas has listed his Charleston, South Carolina event space for sale.
In February 2025, photos posted to Zillow show the upscale Spring Street property is actively listed at $1,490,000 after multiple price cuts. The 1,892-square-foot, one-bedroom space features three bathrooms, a restaurant-compliant chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry, marble countertops, a wine cooler, and more.
“Currently functioning as an event space, this property is perfect for a variety of uses,” a post from SLS Properties teased of the property located near downtown Charleston.
The listing comes amid Thomas’ sudden exit from “Southern Charm” in November 2024.
JT Thomas Worked Hard to Get His Event Space
“Southern Charm” fans have seen Thomas’ event space, named The Inns Clubhouse, in multiple episodes of the Bravo reality show.
In the season 9 episode In Vino Veritas, Thomas talked about his investment in multiple historic properties in Charleston. “Five or six years ago, me and two other business partners started buying all these historic properties in this one neighborhood for Airbnb. And we named this collection The Inns,” he said. Of The Inns Clubhouse, he added, “We turned this derelict, P.O.S. building into this amazing event space with an old world, masculine vibe.”
In the Season 9 episode “The Naked Truth,” Thomas hosted an intimate get-together for his castmates at the space. During the episode, he shared that his mother helped him with his career in real estate. “My mom’s a top interior designer in the D.C. area. She renovates properties,” he said in a confessional. “She showed me the ropes, and now I invest in real estate, I develop real estate, I renovate real estate.”
In the season 10 episode “Overtures and Outbursts,” Thomas hosted an afterparty at the Inns Clubhouse after co-star Molly O’Connell’s tuba concert.
Thomas has also posted about the property on social media. According to BravoTV.com, in January 2024, Thomas took to Instgaram to post a Certification of Occupancy to show the space was up to code after years of hard work on the project. “After 4 years of just.. the most frustration I’ve prob ever felt in my adult life in business. Finally.. relief.. a new business is born,” he captioned an Instagram story. “The private event space to compliment the airbnb collection in DT Charleston. The relief I feel today is just…”
In February 2024, he posted another update to tell fans, “After 4 years of hard work, finally The Inns Clubhouse Event Space has been approved by the city of Charleston as a licensed Private Event Space that also serves as my green screen backdrop on Southern Charm, which was a wild development I never saw coming.”
JT Thomas Announced His Exit From ‘Southern Charm’ Before Season 10 Began to Air
BravoThomas was a main cast member during seasons 9 and 10 of “Southern Charm.” In a November 2024 Instagram post, he stunned fans by announcing his resignation from the show before his filming schedule was complete.
“I informed Bravo that I will not be participating in the 2-3 remaining green room interviews remaining before [season 10] airs,” he wrote. “I no longer wish to participate any ways moving forward with the TV show.”
Thomas did not elaborate on the reason for his exit. He added that he planned to focus on recovering “both physically and mentally from what has been an extremely challenging & exhausting year.”
As of this writing, Thomas has not confirmed if he will participate in the “Southern Charm” reunion in 2025. He has also not publicly commented on the sale of his event space.
