Former RHOSLC Star Jen Shah Sends Valentine’s Day Message To Husband From Prison

Former “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Jen Shah sent her husband, Sharrieff Shah, a sweet Valentine’s Day message from prison.

Shah posted a photo of herself and her husband holding hands and included a long message, thanking Sharrieff Shah for staying by her side throughout everything.

“Happy Valentine’s Day and happiest birthday to my amazing husband. Even from miles away, my love and gratitude for you are stronger than ever. Thank you for sticking by my side and never letting go of my hand. I Love you, Jen ❤️,” Shah wrote on her Instagram on February 14.

Sharrieff Shah celebrated his birthday on January 29.

Shah is serving a six-and-a-half-year sentence after pleading guilty to charges related to a telemarketing scheme that targeted elderly and other vulnerable individuals in July 2022. She was also ordered to pay back $6.5 million to the victims. Since being in prison, Shah’s sentence has been reduced a few times, with her currently being set to be released on Nov. 3, 2026.

She was originally set to be released in 2029.

Sharrieff Shah Stood By Jen Shah’s Side Throughout All Her Legal Troubles

Jen and Sharrieff Shah have been married since 1994 and have two children.

The two were clearly in love during the early episodes of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” but things got bumpy when Shah was arrested in March 2021 while Bravo was filming season two.

However, they have stayed committed to their marriage and are making it work despite the distance. Shah is serving her sentence at Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, while Sharrieff Shah resides in Utah and serves as the cornerbacks coach and special teams coordinator at the University of Utah.

Jen Shah is Staying Busy While in Prison

Back in December, Shah’s manager Chris Giovanni told Page Six that the former “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star has found a way to stay busy in prison by running 30- to 60-minute ab workout classes called “Shah-mazing.”

“[Shah] created it in prison,” Giovanni told Page Six. “It started off as something she was doing to improve her fitness. As she went in, she lost a good amount of weight. She developed the Shah-mazing abs class. All the ladies started coming up to her on the yard and they would do workout segments. Elizabeth [Holmes] attended with other inmates, and it’s become a thing in there. Jen Fonda, that’s her nickname in there.”

And that’s not all. She’s even helping the women with makeup tutorials based on what they can get from the commissary.

“She has helped a few ladies — they might ask, ‘How much [makeup] should I put on?’ She gives a little advice,” Giovanni added.

Plus, Giovanni revealed that Shah is doing a lot of reading and journaling.
