Bravo personality Jeff Lewis is weighing in on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley’s split.
While recording the November 26 episode of Nick Viall’s podcast, “The Viall Files,” Lewis said he is “a little bit Team PK” regarding the Kemsleys’ separation, which was announced in May 2024. Lewis said he has “insider information” about PK Kemsley’s reasons for wanting to separate from Dorit Kemsley, whom he wed in 2015.
In addition, Lewis referenced that Dorit Kemsley, who shares her children Phoenix, 8, and Jagger, 10, with PK Kemsley, mentioned her estranged husband’s struggle with alcoholism and his subsequent sobriety during the first few episodes of RHOBH season 14. Lewis said, however, that he did not believe PK Kemsley’s issues with alcohol caused the separation. According to Lewis, PK Kemsley was unhappy that his now-estranged wife was focused on RHOBH, as opposed to their family.
“I know we’re trying to blame it all on his alcoholism, which she’s trying — I really don’t know the status of his drinking. But I will say I did hear that he felt like she has changed since the show. And that the show has become a major priority. And I think over — he felt, and I’m not speaking for him — over his marriage and his family,” said Lewis to Viall.
Lewis also said that Dorit Kemsley blocked him on Instagram.
Jeff Lewis Said He Knew That the Kemsleys Had Relationship Issues Before They Announced Their Separation
This is not the first time Lewis has spoken about the Kemsleys’ separation. During a May 2024 episode of the “Two Ts In A Pod” podcast, hosted by Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp, Lewis said he was aware of the Kemsleys’ relationship issues before they made their separation public. He said that a “mutual friend of PK’s” let him know PK Kemsley “was living in a hotel.”
Dorit Kemsley Discussed Her Separation From PK Kemsley in a November 2024 Interview
Dorit Kemsley got candid about her split in the November 26 episode of “Bravo’s Hot Mic” podcast. She said the separation was her estranged husband’s “idea.”
“I was taken aback,” said Kemsley during the interview.
She also said she would have not asked for a separation, despite their ongoing marital issues.
“If you asked me, in truth, I probably would have tried to work it out together. Because we have two small children. But there was no hesitation on my part. Because I knew ultimately, once I had time to think about it, I realized, I think this is probably going to be the best thing for us,” said Kemsley in the “Bravo’s Hot Mic” podcast episode.
Kemsley also said she is unsure if she and her estranged husband will eventually rekindle their relationship.
“I can’t say there isn’t a chance because we’re not getting a divorce right now. But I don’t know. I think there’s always a chance for anything,” said Kemsley.
