Gia Giudice Weighs In on Cousin Antonia Gorga Joining Bravo Spinoff

Gia Giudice addressed rumors that her cousin Antonia Gorga could join the Bravo spinoff, “Next Gen NYC.” And her answer had nothing to do with her family’s ongoing estrangement from their Gorga relatives.

In an August 2025 interview with Us Weekly, Gia, 24, explained why her younger cousin wouldn’t be a fit for the show—at least for now. “A lot of our scenes involve us going out for drinks,” she said. “[Antonia], She doesn’t turn 21 for another year. I think it’s a different age bracket, but I wish her all the best, though.”

Gia, the eldest daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, appeared on the first season of “Next Gen NYC” with fellow Housewives offspring Ariana Biermann (daughter of Kim Zolciak-Biermann), Brooks Marks (son of Meredith Marks), and Riley Burruss (daughter of Kandi Burruss), as well as newcomers Ava Dash, Emira D’Spain, Shai Fruchter, Georgia McCann, Hudson McLeroy, and Charlie Zakkour.

The series follows a group of twenty-somethings working and playing in New York City, and many of the scenes are set in bars and clubs.

Antonia Gorga Hinted She’s Not Interested in Doing ‘Next Gen NYC’

Antonia Gorga was recently asked about the possibility of her joining “Next Gen NYC.” In a TikTok video posted by Listen Honny from  Dolores Catania’s annual charity softball game, fans were seen telling Antonia she’s “gotta be on Gen X.”

“Oh God,” Antonia replied, before adding what sounded like, “No, I’m not that type.”

“No, no, no … she’s too nice,” her father, Joe, chimed in.

Melissa Gorga Previously Said Antonia is ‘In Her Element’ at College

Antonia is about to start her third year at the University of Delaware, where she’s in the Alpha Phi sorority.

Antonia’s mom,  RHONJ star Melissa Gorga, previously said “Next Gen NYC” wouldn’t be a good fit for her right now because she’s focused on sorority life. “She’s still in college,” Melissa said. “She’s in her element. These are the best times of her life and she’s enjoying it. She loves it.”

Melissa added that it would be up to her daughter if she wanted to join “Next Gen NYC” in the future. “I learned never to say anything because the opposite ends up happening,” the RHONJ veteran said.  “I’ll never tell my daughter not to do something, but I don’t think that’s the path she would choose at this point. I don’t know, though. You never know. I’ll let her do whatever makes her happy.”
