Bravo Star Opens up About Her New Boyfriend After Keeping Their Relationship Secret

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey is opening up about her relationship with her boyfriend of nearly a year, LePrince.

During the March 11 episode of Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp‘s podcast, “Two Ts In A Pod,” Bailey said she managed to secretly date LePrince, who “is a musician from Amsterdam,” “for almost a year now.”

“I don’t know how we’ve been able to keep it secret for so long. But we’ve intentionally not done social media. We’ve stayed off social media. We don’t post together. So we’ve kept that part of our lives very private so that helped,” said Bailey on the podcast episode.

She also shared that she wanted to keep her relationship private because she has “been married and divorce twice.”

“I just wanted to take my time and really know him really outside of any outside distractions like social media,” said Bailey on the podcast episode.

She clarified that she and her boyfriend are not secretive about their romance “in real life.” She also teased that fans may see “a little sneak peek of him” on the new season of RHOA. She explained that she often FaceTimes him because they are in “a long-distance relationship.” She said, however, that “he has been able to spend quite a bit of time in the states with [her].” In addition, she said she “got the chance to go to Amsterdam over the holidays to see him perform for the first time.”

Cynthia Bailey Confirmed Her Relationship With LePrince in Early March 2024

Bailey confirmed she was dating LePrince in an early March 2024 interview with TMZ at the LAX airport. She said that the relationship has been “good.”

“He’s a musician. He’s a singer. We’ve been dating almost a year,” said Bailey during the interview.

She also said that “it wasn’t easy” to keep their relationship private.

Cynthia Bailey Shared Why She Got a Divorce From Mike Hill in 2022

Bailey revealed she was getting a divorce from her second husband, Mike Hill, in October 2022. She explained why she wanted to break up with Hill during a November 2022 episode of “Two Ts In A Pod,” as reported by People magazine.

“I felt like we weren’t friends anymore. I felt like it was just going toward we’re just not going to be friends if we didn’t pump the brakes,” said Bailey during the podcast interview.

She also referenced that she divorced her first husband, Peter Thomas, in 2017.

“This is not my first rodeo. I think friendship just has to be there in a marriage. Like, love is great, but friendship has to be there. I truly want to be with my best friend,” said Bailey to Judge and Mellencamp.
