“Southern Charm” star Craig Conover shared he feels excited three months after his split from fellow Bravo personality Paige DeSorbo.
During a February 2025 interview with Access Hollywood’s “Housewives Nightcap,” Conover expressed gratitude for his relationship with DeSorbo.
“I was so fortunate to have a great relationship for three years. And learned so much about myself. And have a lot of fun. This is a chapter I didn’t expect to be writing,” said Conover during the interview.
He also said that he has “accepted that it’s okay to be excited” being single.
“Why not? You only get one shot at this life,” said Conover.
He also said that he has made the decision “to stay positive.”
“I’m excited,” reiterated Conover.

The “Summer House” season 9 trailer showed that cameras picked up after DeSorbo and Conover’s November 2024 breakup. In the trailer, DeSorbo expressed frustration about how Conover publicly handled the breakup. According to DeSorbo, she caught her now ex-boyfriend texting two other women during their relationship.
During a February 17 interview on the “Tamron Hall Show,” Conover denied DeSorbo’s comments and stated that he “never cheated.”
“It’s disappointing to see the direction her and her show went. Because you know, I’m just grateful for the three years of a relationship that we had,” said Conover.
Conover also said he was aware that DeSorbo received criticism for breaking up with him.
“I think it was a retaliatory scene. She got a lot of backlash for the breakup. Which I was disappointed at. At the end of the day, she fell out of love. Or I wasn’t the right person for her. And I think that’s okay — well, it is okay,” said Conover during the interview.
Conover referenced rumors that DeSorbo cheated during their relationship in a February 2025 interview on “Watch What Happens Live.” As fans are aware, DeSorbo denied that she was unfaithful. During the “Watch What Happens Live” interview, Conover said he did not feel a responsibility to clear up the rumors because DeSorbo ended their relationship. In addition, he reminded Bravo viewers that he never said DeSorbo cheated on him.

DeSorbo spoke about her decision to not be married in a February 2025 interview with ELLE. She said society has a hypocritical stance when it comes to unmarried women in their 30s.
“I have a ton of guy friends who are turning 40, single, no kids, and it’s like, ‘You’re such a hot bachelor.’ I mention I want to get a second cat, and it’s like, ‘She’s crazy,'” said DeSorbo during the ELLE interview.
DeSorbo also shared that she wants “nothing” from her next romantic partner.
“I want literally nothing from them,” said DeSorbo during the interview.
