Below Deck Season 12 Spoilers: Meet the New and Returning Crew

The original “Below Deck” is back for Season 12, and this time, the crew is set to deliver even more drama on the high seas. The Bravo hit that spawned spinoffs like “Below Deck Mediterranean” and “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” is returning to its Caribbean roots.

Fans can expect familiar faces — including Captain Kerry Titheradge and chief steward Fraser Olender — as well as a wild new lineup of stews and deckhands. Bravo’s first look promises plenty of action as the yacht island-hops through Sint Maarten, Anguilla, and St. Barths, all while catering to high-maintenance charter guests ranging from elites to adult film stars.

Familiar Faces Return — But Expect Rough Waters

Leading the crew once again is Captain Kerry. The Australian captain, who previously helmed “Below Deck Adventure,” took command of the main series in season 11 and earned praise for his leadership. “I’ve never seen a team work together as well,” he said of his last crew. However, the season 12 trailer hints at rougher waters ahead, teasing canceled charters, involvement from maritime police, and a crew firing. “There’s one authority on this boat and it’s me,” Captain Kerry declares. “I’m not (expletive) around.”

Olender returns as chief steward after rising through the ranks since his debut in season 9. Known for his high standards — and occasional rule-breaking — Olender was seen kissing a guest in season 11. This time, the trailer shows him sharing steamy moments with colleagues instead. “This situation was the catalyst of so many other problems,” he told Us Weekly. “It’s the beginning of the end.”

Kyle Stillie also returns as a deckhand. But according to the trailer, Kyle may be in hot water after allegedly hooking up with a married charter guest. “The crew think you’ve banged a charter guest,” Captain Kerry tells him. Olender called it the “most explosive” storyline he’s been part of on “Below Deck.”

Meet the New Season 12 Crew

Joining the cast is chef Lawrence Snowden, a U.K.-born newcomer proud of his Christian faith. “Once you get the Holy Spirit inside of you, God changes you into a different person,” he says. But cooking five-star meals in tight quarters will surely test his patience. As Entertainment Weekly noted, “chefs on ‘Below Deck’ tend to go insane immediately — or eventually.”

Solène Favreau brings reality TV experience from “Love Island France” but only 22 days of yachting experience, which could spark tension. One crewmate is heard in the trailer blasting a “wannabe-famous” cast member who “can’t even do the (expletive) job” — likely aimed at Solène.

Other new faces include Brazilian stew Barbara Kulaif, seasoned deckhand Rainbeau de Roos, and South African athlete Jess Theron. Theron described her time on the show in three words: “Drama, drama, drama!”

Bosun Caio Poltronieri will oversee the deck team as he adjusts to leadership, while Aussie deckhand Damo Yorg seems ready to cause a stir, calling himself a “Peter Pan” who doesn’t want to grow up. “I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to my friends and family,” Damo teased on Instagram. “Brace yourself.”

“Below Deck” season 12 promises wild parties, big personalities, and plenty of yachtie chaos. New episodes air Mondays on Bravo and stream the next day on Peacock. Fans can also catch up on all 11 previous seasons on Peacock, along with spinoffs like “Below Deck Down Under” and “Below Deck Mediterranean.”
