While Katy Perry is still at the beginning of her 84-date “Lifetimes” tour, Orlando Bloom has been busy promoting his new film “Deep Cover.” His ’emotional support dog,’ Biggie Smalls, has also been garnering a lot of attention, but the main worry on the minds of their fans is the couple’s relationship.
There have been plenty of rumblings that the pair have been having trouble recently, amid her recent space flight and then heading out on her tour. But Bloom joining Perry and their daughter, Daisy, in Australia has many hoping that he and the “Roar” singer aren’t giving up yet.
Orlando Bloom Captured Carrying Daughter Daisy on His Shoulders
On Sunday, June 22, the “Lord of the Rings” star was spotted walking around Perth in Australia, four-year-old Daisy Dove perched on his shoulders. Bloom wore a simple baseball hat, black pants, and a long-sleeved ‘Checkers or Wreckers’ Grand Prix T-shirt. Daisy was carrying a couple of balloon flowers and a white shirt, her wavy blond hair hanging in her face.
Daisy has been with her mom in Australia. On June 12, the “I Kissed a Girl” singer posted a collage featuring a visit with Australian favorite Bluey, and her daughter wearing a sparkly Bluey dress.
Bloom’s appearance coincides with Perry playing two shows in the city on the 22nd and 23rd. She’s been in Australia for most of June, with stops in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. She’s been taking in the sights while there, posting an Instagram story and videos while she visits the Australia Zoo. She looks content to be feeding kangaroos, cuddling koalas, and walking wombats.
She also took a short video with Robert Irwin, as she “helped” him with his upcoming “Dancing With the Stars” moves. Unfortunately, he dropped her during the dip, to which she joked that he should “stick with the animals.”
His Australia Appearance Comes Amid Reports of Trouble With Katy Perry
Neither Perry nor Bloom have spoken publicly about any difficulties the two may be having. Sources have alleged that the couple haven’t been seeing eye to eye on things, and the problems aren’t new. “They have been spending more and more time apart,” an alleged source told Us Weekly. “They’ve grown apart and aren’t living the same lives anymore.”
We’ve yet to see photos of the pair together in Australia, but, given Perry’s documentation of her trip on Instagram, we could see some soon. It’s also possible that he’s just there to bring Daisy back to their home in Montecito, or spend time with her. Daisy has spent the majority of June with her mom on tour.
