Gabby Samone made it through the top 14 to the top 12 on “American Idol” on Sunday, April 27, 2025, but what happened with the top 10. April 28th was another elimination night and Samone fans probably want to know if she made it through to the next round. So, did she?

Samone Can Actually Perform Celine Dion Music
Many artists have shown to have difficulty singing Celine Dion and Whitney Houston songs over the years, but Samone has proven in the above performance video that she can deliver a Dion song. Samone also performed Whitney Houston’s “Saving All My Love for You” this season, so she’s nailed both challenging songs.
According to WMAR 2 News, Samone’s Houston performance commanded outstanding compliments from the “American Idol” judges, with Lionel Richie calling it “phenomenal.”
