Buckle up, because “America’s Got Talent” Season 20 is charging into Week 3, and if the lineup is any clue, we’re in for another round of jaw-dropping auditions, emotional backstories, and performances that’ll have us questioning what’s even possible on live TV. Airing tonight, June 10, 2025 on NBC, this week’s episode teases everything from acrobatic duos and soulful singers to literal dancing robots. Yep, “AGT” is keeping things fresh, weird, and wildly entertaining.
ALERT: THIS POST CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR “AMERICA’S GOT TALENT” SEASON 20 EPISODE 3
What to Expect: Singers, Robots & Some Real High Stakes
Week 3’s audition episode is stacked with variety, according to Talent Recap. Eleven acts are scheduled to perform, and the mix is honestly kind of perfect; some familiar faces, some bold newcomers, and a whole lot of “wait, they’re doing what on stage?” energy.
Here’s a taste of who’s hitting the stage:
- Benjamin Hightower, a returning vocalist from Season 12 (formerly of “In the Stairwell”), is stepping out solo with a voice (and a vibe) that’ll likely get people talking.
- Boston Dynamics (yes, the robot company) is bringing their high-tech robot dogs into the competition. If that’s not the most 2025 thing ever, I don’t know what is.
- Charity Lockhart, a powerhouse singer who once lived in her car with her children, is ready to take the “AGT” stage with a voice that’s already been compared to Aretha.
- Cyril Takayama, the legendary street magician, will return with updated illusions that promise to seriously mess with our heads.
- Julia & Dmytro Turkeev, an aerialist couple with Cirque du Soleil and Spain’s Got Talent credits, are prepping a performance that could raise the bar; literally and figuratively.
Also in the mix: TikTok duo Kennedy & Jay, dance artist Maceo Harrison, and a choir from Leo High School that’s out to prove school spirit can go national. Basically, there’s something for everyone… and then some.
The Messoudi Brothers Are Back
One of the season’s biggest shockers? A comeback from the Messoudi Brothers, who made waves back in Season 14. This time, they’ve returned with an even riskier balancing-and-blade-juggling act that, based on previews, includes actual flying knives and a sliced jacket moment. According to Talent Recap, they performed something last week that was both dangerous and theatrical enough to blow the judges away. And it earned them a Golden Buzzer.
Fans were already buzzing on the r/agt Reddit before the moment even aired. “The Messoudi Brothers were easily for me the best act this week and probably my favourite so far this season,” One person said after their performance last week. If the rumors are true, this one’s going to have the crowd on their feet; and maybe ducking for cover.
Oh… and the Golden Buzzer? It could be getting hit again tonight.
